L\u2019Espagne produit 50% de la production europ\u00e9enne.<br>D\u00e9bouch\u00e9s principaux : Alimentation humaine<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fl_contenu\">\n<div class=\"fl_h3\">En France<\/div>\n<p>Production : 22 725 tonnes en 2013 (3)<br>50% des lentilles consomm\u00e9es sont import\u00e9es afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande de plus en plus croissante<br>D\u00e9bouch\u00e9s principaux : Alimentation humaine (2)<br>Principales r\u00e9gions productrices : Auvergne, Centre, Bourgogne<\/p>\n<p>Trois types principaux de lentilles sont produites en France \u00e0 savoir les lentilles vertes du Puy, la lentille verte du Berry et enfin la lentille ros\u00e9e de champagne qui se cultive en hiver.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut souligner qu&rsquo;en un peu plus de 20 ans la production de lentilles en France a fortement augment\u00e9. Ainsi les cultures de lentilles sont pass\u00e9 de 4400 ha en 1997 \u00e0 pr\u00eat de 37 500 en 2019!
